Webshop (2Refs.com / TwoRefs.com / erotuomari.fi) is operated by PINEWORKS Ltd (FI17762685, PO Box 38, 02231 Espoo, FINLAND, +358 400 973040, email@example.com). Pineworks Ltd sells products to individuals of legal age and to companies. All prices include value added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.
Kauppasuhteessa noudatetaan soveltuvaa Suomen ja EU:n lainsäädäntöä kuluttajakaupan, markkinoinnin ja mainonnan osalta. Yritysasiakkaiden ja PINEWORKS Oy:n välisessä kauppasopimuksessa noudatetaan ensisijaisesti näitä sopimusehtoja ja muilta osin Suomen kauppalakia.
How to order
Products can be ordered online store’s website by moving them to the shopping cart and paying the content of the shopping cart with chosen payment method. All customer data is treated confidentially. When placing an order sought contact information will not be used for purposes other than determining the order delivery. By placing an order the customer agrees to the valid terms and conditions, which apply to all the products delivered from this webshop. These terms and conditions are valid, if the customer and Pineworks Ltd have not agreed to other conditions.
1) Online Bank Transfer
By choosing this payment method, i.e. online payment, you pay your purchases safely in your bank's online bank using your online banking account. You can use the bank keys to pay for your purchases in the online banks of the following banks: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Savings Bank, S-Bank, Aktia, POP Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken. Internet bank payment transactions are implemented by Verifone.
The payment service is provided by Verifone Finland Oy (0943819-9). Verifone Finland Oy is a payment institution licensed by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment transactions are carried out in Verifone Finland Oy's secure secure payment environment. Receiver of bank and card payments as well as possible card payments will be displayed by Verifone Finland Oy, which will forward payments to the merchant. For other forms of payment, Verifone Finland Oy acts as a forwarding agent for payment transactions, whereby Pineworks Oy will receive the payment.

You can pay with PayPal if you have PayPal IDs. In addition, PayPal allows you to pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). When you place an order, you will be directed to PayPal's page, where you can pay either using your PayPal account or signing in with a credit or debit card for payment verification by PayPal. Then you will be redirected to our online store to confirm your order.
Create a PayPal account for free at PayPal.com before ordering. PayPal is free for consumers and the consumer has the advantage that credit information need not be sent to each online vendor separately, as PayPal acts as an intermediary.
3) Advance payment
By choosing this payment method, you will receive an advance bank transfer request (invoice) to your e-mail. You will pay for your purchases safely by bank transfer. Processing your order begins when the performance appears in our account.
All items are property of the seller until fully paid.
Ordering and payment confirmation
After a successful subscription, an e-mail will be sent with an order confirmation. Send confirmation messages, you must provide a valid e-mail address when ordering.
Shipping Method and expenses
Your order delivery cost is visible after choosing the payment and delivery method. We ship orders by parcel service (Posti Parcel Connect), which all include tracking bar code.
When the product is in stock we will process your order and ship it in 1-3 work days. Depending on your chosen delivery method your will receive your order in 1-21 days. We are not responsible for delays or for consequential damage caused by force majeure.
Exchanges and Returns
You have the right to exchange or return the entire order or part of it within 14 days of receipt of the order in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Return Policy applies only in the original, unused and marketable products. All product labels must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage.
If you want to return or exchange products please contact us by email (email@example.com). Please state your name, address, date of order and product information. The customer is responsible for the return costs. Please include with the return the order confirmation, your name, contact details and your account number for the refund. If the product is damaged please advise us.

The right to return does not apply to a product manufactured or modified for the customer. The right to return does not apply to sealed goods if the seal is broken. The right to return does not apply to underwear.
Failure to redeem is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For a non-redeemed package that has not been subject to a separate cancellation notice, we will charge 30 euro handling fee.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or is otherwise not correspond to your order, you will need to notify a defect no later than 14 days after the return or exchange terms listed entities. If the package is damaged in the mail, must be made to a claim to POSTI.
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must check with the terms of delivery prior to placing an order.
In unclear cases, the Finnish version of these Terms and Conditions is valid.
