In case of discrepancy between different language editions on the meaning or interpretation of a word or phrase, the original Finnish text prevails.
The online store (2Refs.com / TwoRefs.com / erotuomari.fi) is operated by PINEWORKS Oy (business ID 1776268-5, PO Box 38 02231 Espoo, +358 400 299964, email@example.com). Pineworks Oy sells products to private individuals and business customers of legal age. In the business relationship, applicable Finnish and EU legislation is followed in terms of consumer trade, marketing, and advertising. In the sales agreement between business customers and PINEWORKS Oy, these terms and conditions and the Finnish Commercial Code are followed primarily.
Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Products are ordered on the website of the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
1) Online bank payment
By choosing an online bank payment as the payment method, you pay for your purchase safely in your own bank's online bank using your online bank credentials. With bank buttons, you can pay for your purchases in the online banks of the following banks: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki, Aktia, POP Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken.
The payment service is provided by Verifone Finland Oy (0943819-9). Verifone Finland Oy is a payment institution licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment transactions are carried out in Verifone Finland Oy's secure payment environment. Verifone Finland Oy appears as the recipient of bank and card payments on the bank statement and possible card invoices, which forwards the payments to the merchant. With regard to other payment methods, Verifone Finland Oy acts as an intermediary for payment transaction information, in which case Pineworks Oy appears as the recipient of the payment.
You can pay with PayPal if you have PayPal credentials. In addition, through PayPal, you can pay with credit cards (Visa or Mastercard). In connection with the order, you will be redirected to PayPal's page, where you can pay either using your PayPal account or by logging in with a credit or debit card, in which case the payment will be verified by PayPal. You will then be directed back to our online store to confirm your order.
Create a PayPal account for free at PayPal.com before ordering. Using PayPal is free for the consumer, and the consumer's advantage is that there is no need to send credit information to each online retailer separately, as PayPal acts as an intermediary.
3) Stripe - card payment
By choosing Stripe card payment as the payment method, you can pay with the most common bank and credit cards. The service is provided by Stripe Inc.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address when ordering.
Delivery methods and costs
You can see the delivery costs of your order on the delivery and payment method selection page after selecting the payment and delivery method.
We will process your order and send it within 1-3 business days. Depending on the delivery method you choose, your order will arrive 1-21 days after sending. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. Deviating delivery times are announced on the online store's front page.
Exchange and return conditions
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. The product must have the original brands attached.
Inform us about the exchange/return by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). The message must include your name, address, order date and product, and the new size you want. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can return the order using Posti's transport services, for example. When returning the order, attach the return form or a copy of the order confirmation/order number. If there is an error in the product, please let us know when returning it. If you want to exchange the product for a different size, clearly mark the product's new size on the return form,

Exceptions to the right of return:
The right of return does not apply to a product manufactured or modified at the customer's request. The right of return does not apply to goods delivered sealed, the seal of which has been broken. The right of return does not apply to underwear.
Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. We charge a handling fee of 30 euros for a package left unclaimed, for which no separate notification of cancellation has been made.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Exchange and Return Conditions section or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is damaged, the product must be immediately complained to the transport company.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
